The website

Information on this site is provided for general use. Prices, features and plans may change. Calculators give estimates, not quotes.

Software license

Telvora PBX is licensed, not sold. The Community plan is free to use. Paid plans (Basic, Enterprise, Agency) are one-time licenses for the stated limits. You may not copy, resell or sublicense the software except under an Agency plan, and you may not remove license protections.

Open-source components

Telvora uses open-source engines such as Asterisk and FreeSWITCH, which are covered by their own licenses.

Deployment and support

Deployment and support services are optional and quoted separately. You are responsible for your server, internet, SIP trunks and compliance with local telecom rules.

Acceptable use

Do not use the software for unlawful calling, spam, fraud or abuse of other networks.

No warranty

The website and the free Community plan are provided "as is" without warranties. Phone and fax services depend on third-party networks that we do not control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the previous 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above.
