This policy explains how Telvora PBX ("we", "us") handles information on telvorapbx.com. Contact: sales@telvorapbx.com.

What we collect

• Google sign-in: when you request a demo with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never receive your Google password.
• Details you send: optional phone or WhatsApp number, number of extensions and your message.
• Technical data: IP address and browser type, kept in server logs and with demo requests for security.
• Chat: messages you send through our support chat widget.

How we use it

We use this information to contact you about your demo, answer questions, improve the website and protect it from abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Who processes it

Your data is stored on our hosting provider (Hostinger). Google provides sign-in. ICTDesk provides our chat widget. Email is sent through our own mailbox. These providers handle data under their own policies.

Google user data

We use Google sign-in only to confirm your email and identify your request. We use your name, email and picture only for the demo request. Our use of information from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as needed to follow up and for business records, then delete or anonymise them on request.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing us. You can also remove Telvora PBX access in your Google Account settings.

Security

We use HTTPS, restricted admin access and server-side checks. No method is perfectly secure.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for the demo sign-in and basic functionality. Third-party tools such as chat or analytics may set their own cookies.

We may update this policy and will change the date above.
