Telvora PBX Cost: One-Time License vs Per-User Subscriptions

Many phone systems charge every month for every user. Telvora uses a one-time license, which can cost much less over a few years. Here is how to work it out for yourself.

How Telvora is priced

Illustrative example only. Use your own vendor quote.

A simple example

Imagine a subscription at $10 per user per month. For 20 users over 36 months that is $7,200. Telvora Enterprise at $1,299 plus a $99 deployment is $1,398. Your real numbers will differ, so put in an actual quote from the vendor you are comparing.

What is not included

Be fair when you compare. You still pay for your server or VPS, your SIP trunk minutes and your own time to manage it, unless you ask us to deploy and support it.

When a subscription wins

If you want zero server work and are happy to pay monthly for a hosted service, a subscription can be the easier choice.
